If you have a feature request or have an idea that could help improve PeopleSafe here is the place to add it. The PeopleSafe User Community can help vote for what would be useful to the.

I've got a great idea...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Printing Stories and Risk Reports.

    Having the ability to export the stories and risks and pretty much anything else so they can be printed is something we feel is very important. We have a health and safety meeting with the board of trustees every 3 months and would much prefer to have print outs of the incidents to show instead of expecting everyone to show up with a laptop or tablet to see the stories and risks of our business.

    • The ability to add attachments when reviewing Stories, such as photos, full investigation reports etc.

        Hi Karina,
        Great news! You can add attachments to stories the second you complete the story review. The difference is only about three clicks on your mouse. So it’s super easy to add all those important attachments :-)

      • Import / export to CSV file

        An option to import large amounts of information from a CSV file would be awesome! Such a time saver.

        I have a hazard register with several dozen line items in it - don't really want to manually enter them into Peoplesafe one at at a time.

        Also, what about exporting data as a CSV? <<Great idea!

        • When telling your story, can we have a generic incident report?

          Can we have a more generic tell your story as an extra option down the bottom of the list? I had an incident where a customer yelled at a crew person and they really didnt take it too well, I had to put it as an accident but I dont think that is the right place
