If you have a feature request or have an idea that could help improve PeopleSafe here is the place to add it. The PeopleSafe User Community can help vote for what would be useful to the.

I've got a great idea...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Have the ability to view the Person's current training from their PeopleSafe App to save them having to carry induction cards

    • Automatically Book Online Training

      We have a number of online training courses. If a user needs to do an online training course, can it automatically book the course?

      For instance:

      Job = Sales
      Required Training:
      - H&S Induction Online Training
      - Environmental Induction Online Training

      So when we hire a new Sales person, they get a tasks as follows:
      - Joe Bloggs needs H&S Induction Online Training
      - Joe Bloggs needs Environmental Induction Online Training

      I would like the system to automatically book in the training, so they get a tasks like this:
      - Joe Bloggs has booked H&S Induction Online Training
      - Joe…

      • Greater customisation of reports

        It would be helpful to have greater customisation of reports in general, but specifically training reports. We need to be able to achieve the following for each individual - their completed training and total hours, when it was done, when it is next due, and the time allocation for each training; for any given period of time

        • Archive Training

          It would be good to be able to Archive training, that is no longer needed. But still have access to re-activate if this training is needed in the future.
          And have the ability to view archived training (just like in people)

          It would be great if the de-activate button worked the same as it does in people.
