We have a number of online training courses. If a user needs to do an online training course, can it automatically book the course?

For instance:

Job = Sales
Required Training:
- H&S Induction Online Training
- Environmental Induction Online Training

So when we hire a new Sales person, they get a tasks as follows:
- Joe Bloggs needs H&S Induction Online Training
- Joe Bloggs needs Environmental Induction Online Training

I would like the system to automatically book in the training, so they get a tasks like this:
- Joe Bloggs has booked H&S Induction Online Training
- Joe Bloggs has booked Environmental Induction Online Training

Anytime that online training is initially needed or needed for renewal, I would like the training to be booked in automatically.
