How to: Add Places

  1. Log into PeopleSafe 
  2. Click on your Organisation's name at the top left of your screen.
  3. In the drop down box click on SETTINGS
  4. Find the Places section and click on ADD NEW
  5. Give the place a name that everyone will recognise, add some details. You could even attach a photo of the place for reference.
  6. Remember to click SAVE once you've filled in all the details.

Alternatively you can import a prepared spreadsheet. Here's how

  1. Log into PeopleSafe 
  2. Click on your Organisation's name at the top left of your screen.
  3. In the drop down box click on SETTINGS
  4. Find the Places section and click on IMPORT FROM CSV
  5. On that page you will be able to download a template CSV to fill in
  6. Once the template is filled in go back to the same page and follow the directions on screen to upload your file and import
