How to: Add an Activity

  1. Log into PeopleSafe
  2. Click on your Organisation's name at the top left of your screen.
  3. In the drop down box click on SETTINGS
  4. Find the Activities section and click on ADD NEW
  5. Give the activity a name that everyone will recognise, add some details.
  6. Remember to click SAVE once you've filled in all the details.

Alternatively you can import a prepared spreadsheet. Here's how

  1. Log into PeopleSafe 
  2. Click on your Organisation's name at the top left of your screen.
  3. In the drop down box click on SETTINGS
  4. Find the Activities section and click on IMPORT FROM CSV
  5. On that page you will be able to download a template CSV to fill in
  6. Once the template is filled in go back to the same page and follow the directions on screen to upload your file and import

How to delete an activity:

  1. Log into PeopleSafe 
  2. Click on your Organisation's name at the top left of your screen.
  3. In the drop down box click on SETTINGS
  4. Click on the Activities section
  5. Find and click on the activity you want to delete
  6. In the top right hand corner click on Options, then click deactivate.
