What Browser Do I Use?

PeopleSafe isn't software that you need to install. Instead, it runs on the browser you normally use to access web pages on the internet.
To guarantee the best experience with PeopleSafe we recommend you use the latest versions of the following browsers:

  Google Chrome      Internet Explorer             Firefox                      Safari

Click on the links above to download for free the latest version of your favourite browser.

P.S. We really like Google Chrome and Firefox! The most recent Internet Explorer browser is acceptable but is not our preferred browser.

PeopleSafe not loading correctly?

If PeopleSafe isn't loading or it displays an error, it might be that you're experiencing some connectivity issues - i.e. problems between you and the internet. Here are a couple of things you can try:
  • In the same browser, check that you can get to other websites, especially well-known ones e.g. www.google.com - if you can visit other sites, then the internet is working. This is a good way to make sure you haven't dropped your wireless connection if you happen to be using Wi-fi.
  • If this is the first time you've tried accessing PeopleSafe, check that you don't have firewall or proxy issues which will most likely occur in your workplace.

If you're 100% sure that everything is working fine except for PeopleSafe, contact PeopleSafe support immediately, especially in the case of an error, so that we can make sure everything is running properly and fix it if it's not! Email help@peoplesafe.co.nz
