Phone Support

Do you offer phone support?

PeopleSafe doesn't offer telephone support. While a quick phone call sounds easy we've found the best way to support our users is via email; using email we can be more precise with our responses, including links where relevant; can involve the appropriate team members in the process of answering your queries; and obviously have the details logged for future reference.
This is particularly important for queries where the exact detail is essential, details that we can't get over the phone.

So we can point you in the right direction the more information you can share with us e.g. what you're trying to achieve, what outcome you're expecting, screen captures etc then we'll be better equipped to help you.
